This document outlines the terms and conditions for using the prize platform. Please read carefully before using any of the services provided. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using the prize platform via website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please cease using the platform immediately.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and prize as the platform provider. All users—whether newly registered or long-time users—are subject to the latest terms effective at the time of use.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use prize services. This platform is not intended for individuals under the legal age in Malaysia. prize reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one active account on the prize platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited and may lead to the closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes full name, phone number, email, and related payment details. prize reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone
- Ensuring all activities under your account are conducted with your knowledge and consent
- Notify prize immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Updating your personal information when there are changes
Prize is not responsible for any losses resulting from users failing to keep their login details secure.
Platform Usage Rules
All prize platform users must comply with the established usage rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action including suspension or account closure:
- Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Any attempt to exploit technical weaknesses or manipulate game outcomes
- Use of the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities
- Sharing or transferring account balances to other users without platform approval
- Impersonating other users or providing false identity information
- Disrupting platform operations or the security of other users
Prize reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate action including referring matters to relevant authorities if necessary.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the prize platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). prize accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including DuitNow and FPX. Available payment methods may change from time to time based on operational requirements.
Every deposit and withdrawal is subject to minimum and maximum limits. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used. Users are advised to check the current limits in their account section before making transactions.
For the first withdrawal, users must complete identity verification. prize reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are usually completed within one business day.
Any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity will be immediately suspended. Related funds may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws.
Prize is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers during transactions.
Liability Limits, Suspended Accounts, and Intellectual Property
Liability Limit
Prize accepts no liability for any indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the platform. The maximum liability of prize to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user within 30 days prior to the claim.
The prize platform is provided "as is" and prize makes no warranties that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur and could temporarily affect access.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Prize reserves the right to suspend or close a user account with or without prior notice if these terms are breached, suspected fraudulent activity occurs, upon authority request, or for any other reason prize deems necessary to protect platform integrity and other users.
Users whose accounts are closed for valid reasons may not be eligible to re-register. Any balances in accounts closed due to term violations may be forfeited in full.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the prize platform—including logos, interfaces, text, graphics, and software code—is the intellectual property of prize or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission from prize.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. prize is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and does not provide any support for those sites.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
Prize may amend, supplement, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, prize will strive to notify users of material changes via platform notifications or registered email.
Continued use of the prize platform after any term changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page regularly to ensure compliance with the latest terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the prize platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter will be referred to the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be excluded without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
